The mission is simple: building caring relationships one child, one hour, one church, one school.  Congregation members mentor students once a week at Roguewood Elementary in Rockford.  Prayer partners support the mentor and student through their time in prayer.  Events will be planned throughout the year at the school to help strengthen this relationship.  To learn more about Kid's Hope USA, go to www.kidshopeusa.org.  If you are interested in mentoring a student, please email Julie DeGraaf at blythefieldcrc@comcast.net.

Garden Pathways

Garden Pathways is an opportunity to explore God's creation with various speakers and through a variety of activities.  There are different planned events scheduled for the third Thursday evenings March through June.  All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Blythefield Christian Reformed Church, 6350 Kuttshill Dr., NE, Rockford MI 49341.   See the Calendar for specific event information.

North Kent Service Center

North Kent Service Center is a local ministry whose mission is to "Love Our Neighbors in Need."  Blythefield CRC supports this organization with quarterly food drives, by coordinating volunteer opportunities, and through special collections.  Click here to visit the NKSC website.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School will be August 2-6 from 6:30-8:30 each evening.   Children ages 3-10 are invited to participate in games, crafts, song time, have a snack,  and hear a Bible story each evening about "Putting on the Full Armor of God."  based on Ephesians 6: 10-20.  Please call the Blythefield Christian Reformed Church at 866-2962 to pre-register.

Easter Egg Hunt

The Saturday before Easter, 3-10 year olds are invited to come celebrate the Risen Lord with an Easter Egg Hunt!  Children participate in games, a craft and hunt for eggs with children their own age.  The morning is concluded with a snack and Resurrection story!
